What are the steps to become a Host Company?
Virtual meeting
We arrange a meeting to provide a detailed explanation of the process and its benefits.
Host Company Application Process:
After our meeting and your decision to become a host company, we’ll require the following documents for our visa sponsor:
- A copy of the Business License.
- A copy of the Worker’s Compensation Policy. The company must agree to enroll candidates in this policy.
- A copy of the W-9 or any other document containing the Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- Completion of the Visa Sponsor Host Organization Terms of Agreement form.
Program Design:
The [DS7002] document should be meticulously crafted to outline the training plan. It encompasses objectives, supervision methods, supervisors, and all cultural activities in which the candidate will engage.
Our team will help you with the process
Candidate search
We search for the right candidate according to the needs of your business. We take care of finding them among the universities with which we have agreements in South America.
Employ Your Candidate:
Upon arrival, the partnering sponsor will continue to oversee the exchange visitor’s time and experience with the host organization.
In the end, there is satisfaction in having provided an incredible professional opportunity to a young professional from another country.
Congratulations!
